Job Title: Part-Time Assistant Manager
Location: F.Y.E. (For Your Entertainment) Store - Town Center at Cobb Mall

Job Description:

Join the F.Y.E. team and help deliver a fun and engaging entertainment retail experience! We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the daily operations and lead a team at our Town Center at Cobb location. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in creating an exciting shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all shoppers feel welcome and valued.
  • Support sales initiatives to achieve store goals and contribute to sales growth.
  • Educate and guide customers on the latest entertainment products, trends, and promotions.

• Team Leadership

  • Assist in training, supervising, and motivating sales associates to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Lead by example in achieving sales targets, promoting store policies, and maintaining F.Y.E.’s high standards.
  • Help schedule shifts, manage breaks, and provide direction on tasks as needed.

• Operations & Inventory

  • Ensure store merchandising aligns with company standards, and displays are well-maintained and engaging.
  • Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves, checking deliveries, and assisting with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and team members.

• Administrative Support

  • Handle basic cash management, including balancing cash registers and processing daily transactions.
  • Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks as needed, such as opening and closing procedures.
  • Enforce store policies to ensure compliance and a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior retail or sales experience required; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds as needed during shifts.
