Men’s Swimwear Trends for Summer 2023

The goal: find summer swimwear that’s functional and stylish. As you hit the pool or beach this summer, consider donning one of these trendy looks:

·       Military inspired: Camo-styled patterns are on trend year after year and for good reason. Versatile and stylish, these trunks can be worn before or after a day on the water, too! Style experts recommend finding trunks that hit about mid-thigh and aren’t overly wide for the most flattering fit.

·       Nautical stripes: Nothing says you’ve spent a day on your yacht more than a pair of striped swimming trunks. Classic and chic, look for a style that’s fitted and comes in a navy blue strip! If you want to get more adventurous, trunks with red or green stripes look pretty cool, too.

·       Coordinated fit: Resortwear trends are all about the matching trunks and button-down short-sleeve shirt in a continual pattern (we love a good Hawaiian print!). You can dress up by swapping out the trunks for a pair of khakis for night or throw on a simple white tee or tank to keep it looking too resort.

Color blocking: When you want something timeless, you can’t go wrong with swim trunks in a monochromatic color.Look for a hue that complements skin tone: lighter skin tones work with deeper jewel tones while deeper skin tones look phenomenal with brighter, more vivid shades.
